1. Lawful and authorized use
Use Yell Social only for lawful business or creative purposes and only with accounts, content, and personal information you are authorized to manage. Follow the rules of each connected social network and third-party service.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Yell Social to create, publish, request, promote, or facilitate unlawful content; credible threats; exploitation or abuse; harassment; hateful conduct; fraud; deceptive impersonation; malware; unauthorized surveillance; or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. Spam and platform manipulation
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, manufacture engagement, evade platform limits, scrape without authorization, operate deceptive account networks, or use automation in a way that disrupts audiences, connected services, or Yell Social.
4. Security and access
Do not probe, scan, interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Do not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.
5. AI-assisted use
You remain responsible for reviewing Yell AI output before use. Do not use AI features to mislead people about material facts, impersonate others deceptively, or make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review and lawful authority.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
7. Reporting concerns
