AI Use Terms

Effective September 7, 2026

These AI Use Terms supplement the Yell Social Terms of Service when you use Yell AI or another AI-assisted feature.

1. Your input

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit prompts, content, brand materials, customer messages, and other input. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, highly sensitive personal information, or content you are not authorized to process.

2. Review before use

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving output before publishing or relying on it.

3. Rights and responsibility

As between you and Yell Social, you retain your rights in input and may use output subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Yell Social does not guarantee that output is unique, protectable, or free from third-party claims.

4. Restricted uses

Do not use Yell AI for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, rights-infringing, or security-abusive activity. Do not present AI-generated material as verified professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

5. Service providers

AI features may rely on third-party model and infrastructure providers. Input and output may be processed by those providers as needed to deliver the feature and subject to contractual and technical safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

Models, limits, capabilities, and output quality may change. We may restrict an AI feature to protect users, connected services, or the reliability of Yell Social.
