What you can use today

Save calendar drafts, media, channel-specific captions, visual descriptions and timezones. Import up to 50 drafts per CSV batch, export your content plans, collaborate in your workspace, and track support requests.

Publishing plans do not automatically publish to social networks. Social-account authorization, live social analytics and subscription management are not connected in this release. Do not enter social passwords or card details into a support message.

Network capability matrix

Network-specific tagging, carousel captions, polls, alt-text delivery and direct messages depend on each provider. Saved fields are planning aids, not a claim that every network accepts them.

Limits you can plan around

• CSV import: 50 posts per batch; drafts only, validated before saving.
• Post copy: 4,000 characters per saved caption. Native platform limits may be lower.
• Visual description: 1,000 characters. Add it in the network’s editor when publishing manually.
• Images: PNG, JPG, WebP up to 10 MB. Video: MP4, WebM up to 50 MB.
• Calendar view: up to 93 days per request. Export: up to 10,000 content plans.
• Support: tracked requests and operator updates. No 24/7 staffing or response-time guarantee is offered.
• Mobile: installable web app, not an App Store or Google Play native app. Saving needs an internet connection.

Understand your reports

Saved posts: Recent saved calendar records (up to 500 in the summary); not published posts.

Planned posts: Saved records marked Planned; not confirmation of delivery.

Delivery receipts: No network delivery feed is connected. No delivery rate can be calculated.

Engagement rate: Requires verified interactions and an explicit denominator (reach, impressions or followers). Not calculated from sample data.

Revenue: Only verified payment receipts; currencies must remain separate. Plan selections are not purchases.

Billing without surprises

A trial needs no card and does not automatically charge you. Published yearly prices are monthly equivalents; the full 12-month amount is shown alongside them. Plan selection records interest, not a paid subscription.

Billing requests receive a tracking record. Only a confirmed provider change stops an external renewal; a submitted request alone does not. See the existing cancellation and refund terms.
