Thanks for getting back to me!
Could you tell me more about this? I’d love to know which option is right for my team.
A shared system for following through.
An organized inbox helps the next person understand what matters and who is handling it. Build useful views around the way your team works, without moving customer context into separate documents.
Start with the right queue
Use All engagement, Needs a response, Unread, Assigned to me, Starred, and Archived folders. Open high-priority work first and keep completed conversations easy to find.
Make ownership visible
Choose an account member, set a priority, and add up to ten tags. Keep internal notes beside the reply draft so the next handoff starts with useful context.
Save a view. Share a routine.
Save a folder and filter combination for the whole account. Reopen it later to find a particular brand, platform, tag, or priority, then export the matching interactions as a CSV report.
From a new interaction to a clear next step.
Choose your focus
Filter by status, platform, type, brand, location, priority, tag, or assignee.
Save the useful view
Give the current filter combination a clear name so your account team can reopen it.
Work through the queue
Assign, tag, draft, and update each interaction. Archive finished work when it no longer needs to stay in the active inbox.

Are saved views personal or shared?
Saved views belong to the selected account, so its members can use them. A view using Assigned to me shows the work assigned to the teammate who opens it. An account can store up to 30 views.
What happens when I archive a conversation?
The interaction remains saved. It leaves the usual active folders and appears in Archived. Open it there and change its status to bring it back into active work.
Are unread indicators shared across the team?
Yes. Read state is part of the account’s shared workflow, along with tags, priority, stars, and assignments. Change Keep marked unread in the conversation editor and save the workflow.
Can I export a focused report?
Yes. Export downloads the interactions matching the current folder and filters, including their status, priority, tags, assignee identifier, and saved reply draft. The report contains your saved workspace data, not live social-network delivery metrics.
